Arapahoe County CenterPoint Plaza

Bruce Flynn was Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture partner-in-charge and design partner

Arapahoe County sought to consolidate services in the eastern urban areas of the county into a single facility.  1,000 citizens use the building daily, and services are provided for a variety of county administrative and human services functions.

State-of-the-art training and conferencing facilities are provided for a variety of citizen and staff functions.  Flexible office planning assures changes can be made as services evolve.  Client services associated with job training, foster family and financial assistance needs are provided in an atmosphere filled with light and color.

An accelerated development schedule required diligent tracking of early building shell design with final interior planning.  Architectural pre-cast concrete allowed an elegant exterior at good value with unique identity features throughout the building.
